Welcome!

I am an Assistant Professor of Management in the Organizational Behavior and Human Resources area of the Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr. School of Business at Purdue University.

My research focuses on leadership (for the most part) and has been published in leading academic outlets, such as the Journal of Applied Psychology. I present my work regularly at premier management conferences, such as the Academy of Management Meeting and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology Conference.

I have vast experience in teaching and facilitating workshops at the undergraduate, MBA, Executive, and PhD  level. In my teaching, I use interactive methods, such as the case method or exercises.

Check out my Purdue faculty website as well as my profiles on ResearchGate and Google Scholar.
